What is your returns, refunds & exchange policy?
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES.
At IAB, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product is just not right. You may exchange your item(s) within 60 days of purchase. With our 60 day guarantee you may exchange your items as long as they are in its original condition (haven't been washed/worn for a workout), still have the tags attached, & packaging for store credit or exchange depending on the item(s).
Please note: All costs associated with exchanging the product under the 60 day guarantee are the responsibility of the purchaser. When items are exchanged, please be sure to use a traceable method to retain proof of postage paid as well as the tracking number. *some exclusions apply, see exclusions below*
No exchanges are accepted over 60 days. We do not accept exchanges from promotional offers/seasonal sales/sale items/outlet store items/Discount codes greater than 15% off. Free exchanges are limited to full-priced items - one exchange per purchase - only on domestic orders. We do not provide free exchanges on international orders.
Purchases made with store credit are not eligible for refunds.
You must include the EasyExchange slip and Proof of Purchase as part of the return, otherwise, we will issue you store credit.
Free Items - There can only be 1 free offer per transaction. If you add two free offers, you will only be sent one. If you would like to exchange your free item, you will be responsible for the shipping charges both directions.
Bundles/Boxes - Bundles/boxes must be returned in their entirety in order to receive store credit.
DESIGNER'S CUT CLUB SUBSCRIPTIONS
The Designer's Cut Club subscription is not returnable, only exchangeable for a new size. Automatically billed every six weeks for $19.81 (Cancel anytime after 3 billing cycles of 19.81).
DESIGNER'S CUT CLUB PROMOTIONAL DEALS
The Designer's Cut Club promotional deals/sales are all sales final.
HERO CLUB SUBSCRIPTIONS
The Hero Club Subscription is not returnable, only exchangeable for a new size. Automatically billed every month for $29.99 for Hero Club Shorts and $39.99 for Hero Club Leggings (Cancel anytime after 3 billing cycles).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES REQUIREMENTS:
- 60 Days - You must exchange your product within 60 days of having received it for a full refund. (Promotional offers/final sale items are only eligible for store credit)
- Include the Easy Exchange Slip - EasyReturns.pdf - you must include the return slip and proof of purchase as part of your return. Otherwise, we will be unable to associate the return to you, and will be unable to refund or exchange your purchase. Exchanges with no return slip or proof of purchase are not eligible for Refunds - Only Store Credit.
- Original Packaging and Condition - Any purchased product(s) must be returned unwashed in all of the original packaging, and in the original condition. You can return an item if they have been tried on for sizing. An exchange can be rejected due to damage to the product. Please see below for denied exchange examples.
- We are not responsible for return shipping - IAB is not responsible for the cost associated with exchanging purchased merchandise. Please follow the instructions below. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage for a product during shipment.
*DENIED RETURN/EXCHANGE EXAMPLES:
- Smell, perfume, deodorant, cologne, laundry detergent smell, etc
- Visible stains or wear marks
- Pet hair, debris or just plain looks dirty
- No packaging or proof of purchase
- Washed or wrinkled
- Bent bills on hats
- Shorts must be unworn (can try on for sizing & movement around the house) and in the original package for sanitation purposes.
As long as your return adheres to the requirements provided, follow these steps to exchange your product:
- Please email your Order# & details about why, to firstname.lastname@example.org
- After reviewing your return email, we will email you a response within 72 hours of receipt of the email. Emails received on Friday's will not be reviewed until the following Monday. Please take all national holidays into consideration.
- Drop the package off at the shipping carrier’s closest location.
We will receive and review the products you’ve returned. If you’ve met all of our policy requirements, we will process the store credit or exchange and send you a confirmation email. Please allow up to 7 - 14 business days for this process.
The Original Cost of Shipping is NONREFUNDABLE.

If you feel as though the product you received was defective, please send detailed photos of the unused item and a brief explanation of the defect to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of when you receive the product so we can look into it right away! If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange. It cannot be worn or washed to qualify for the return/exchange. Items past 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
When will my order ship?
SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT.
**DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, fulfillment is taking 7-14 Business days. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
All orders are usually filled within 1 - 3 business days of receipt, provided they are approved to ship. Shipments will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and acts of God, severe inclement weather, etc. Once the package has been shipped, you should have received a tracking number via e-mail. If it has been a couple days since you have placed your order and you haven't received tracking information, please contact email@example.com for information.
*Please expect delays (5-7 days) during the holiday season or major sales, as it is super busy for us and for the shipping companies.

Sale/outlet and items purchased as part of a promotional sale (example: BOGO) are excluded from this 60 Day Money Back Guarantee. 60 Day Money Back Guarantee only applies to items that are full priced
DISCOUNT CODE TERMS
Some promotional offers/codes may not be combined with other offers in the same order. Discount codes cannot be stacked, only one discount code per cart. Discount codes cannot be used on outlet or bundled items.
Orders that contain "Presale" items will not be shipped until the Presale item is ready to ship.
